The provision of these services are based in RUP (Rational Unified Process) which are adopted for EasyWeb Conceptual Framework, EasyWeb Implementation Framework (If EasyWeb product is applied), and as well for the Organization specific case.
This service targets Organizations which require to implement or enhance an Information System to support their business. This Service is independent of the EasyWeb products. The use of EasyWeb product is optional, and only in case the Organization finds it appropriate for their needs. The main outputs are the IS Requirements Specification and IS Development Project Plan.
Work Scope and Objectives within this service include:
1. Assessment and Process engineering using EasyWeb conceptual framework:
Depending on the Information System Domain and the targeted Organization, this service is done from an ARK IT business Analyst in collaboration with a Domain Expert. The Domain Expert could be one of Ark IT business integrator partners or someone from the Organization as well.
The main outputs are: Business Glossary & Rules; Business Vision, and any supplementary Business Requirements.
2. Definition of Information System Scope and boundary conditions, in collaboration with the targeted Organization
Driven by Information System Domain and targeted Organization, this service in done from an ARK IT System Analyst in collaboration with a Domain Expert and representatives of the targeted Organization. The Domain Expert could be one of Ark IT business integrator partners or someone from the Organization as well.
The main outputs are: Requirement specifications, User Interface Prototypes, Bill of "Reusable/current/third party components", Requirements Management Plan.
3. Support for IS Project Management, Configuration and Change Management
The Project Management service is performed by an ARK IT Project Manager (PM) or from the targeted Organization PM in collaboration with Ark IT System Analyst.
The main output is the Information System Development Plan
This service is provided only in case the targeted Organization has decided to use an EasyWeb product. It is a continuity of Inception Service, providing the next iteration (going in more details) around all activities and outputs of the inception, providing the first generation of the IS product. The main outputs include the EasyWeb Product profile selection, deployed and configured as specified during inception services, using reusable components and services.
Work Scope and Objectives within this service include:
1. Deployment of IS product as a stable baseline for the next generations product cycle:
This service is performed from ARK IT deployment manager, GUI Designer, and API Designer in collaboration with Ark IT System Analyst, Domain Expert, and with the Organization representatives as well.
The main outputs are: Baseline Information system product configured for the targeted organization and reviewed Requirement Specification for the new use cases
2. Preparation of development environment for interfacing and integration with current organization systems or third party services.
This service is performed from an ARK IT System Administrator and Integrator in collaboration with an Ark IT System Analyst, Domain Expert, and with the Organization representatives as well.
The main outputs, for each single external service, are: Reviewed Requirement Specification for each integration case, and integration working Environment.
3. Support for Integration Project Management, Configuration and Change Management
The Project Management service is done from an ARK IT Project Manager (PM) or from the targeted Organization PM in collaboration with Ark IT Integrator and System Analyst.
The main output is the Integration Development Plan.

The business itself and technology opportunities drive the “problem” definition, in terms of required Information(s) System, using EasyWeb deployed concepts.
The Scope in EasyWeb framework considers all aspects of the targeted organization to be aligned with business strategy and supported by the Information System.
